Pals4Pets in the South-West London region is run by Helen Alvarez and provides a complete range of pet care services to clients in Battersea, Clapham, Wandsworth,  Putney, and Lambeth.

The main services provided include: One-to-One Dog Boarding in private homes, Dog Walking, One-to-One Dog Day Care, Puppy Care, Cat Feeding & Cuddle Hours, Small Pet Visiting & Boarding, House Sitting and Emergency Services (Pals4Pets Alert).

Helen has a lifetime experience of living with and caring for cats and dogs and currently has two ragdoll cats of her own, Oedipus and Electra, as well as family dogs Sophie and Henry.

Helen has assembled a dedicated team of carers, all of whom live within her client area and have been trained to a rigorous standard to ensure that all clients receive the highest level of service. Helen makes sure that she herself undertakes client assignments from time-to-time to ensure that she understands the issues that her carers will themselves face on a day-to-day basis as well as enabling her to assess how the service provided to clients can be further enhanced.
